After the success of the first guides, I asked Diana to complete a new guide about Customer Loyalty.
I didn’t even brief Diana on this – she contacted our industry expert and did the rest. She even liaised with the designer and printers to update the look and feel of the guide to our new brand identity. The expert was very impressed and we have been able to work with the expert to extend this guide into expert webinars for our clients. Great result.
