Website Presence for Intouch Group Franchise Model
The intouch Group needed a contemporary website presence and the ability to allow franchises to have their own websites in a format that was accessible to them and flexible to their needs.
I worked with a designer and developer to create a unique model that would meet the brief. The uniqueness of this project is behind the scenes, where the intouch group currently has full control over 3 core websites and multiple franchise sites, but also has the ability to create a new core business and associated websites for each new businesses that Paul wants to launch. There are a couple of new businesses being planned.
I did a lot of work with the developer to create a CMS that would make it easy for the client to manage future development. I then created a Franchisor user manual and a Franchisee user manual, walking the user through the steps to create and manage their respective websites.
This is a very uncommon level of service and sets this project apart in terms of its innovation and client benefit.
