• The corporate video-makers who produce a beautiful, expensive (TV ad quality) piece with limited use in the SME marketplace. After a few months, a video can be no longer relevant: a simple process has turned into an expensive ordeal for little gain other than a shiny and professional mini-movie.
• The other end of the scale includes the social media whiz kids who film you on their iphones and have an ill-prepared stuttering message posted on YouTube before you can say “don’t you dare”.
