I can’t include most of the strategic projects I have completed for clients as they are usually business plans, marketing plans or proposals and highly confidential.
However, I have included this document as it was an initial research project and consultation that I carried out for free and there is nothing sensitive in it.
Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL were investigating the value for their business of an Extranet and had ground to a halt in how to make progress. I interviewed the Head of Operations and the Head of HR to understand their pain points and objectives and carried out background research to help them focus on the next steps.
